Quotes

Every engagement starts with a written quote describing scope and price. Work begins only after you approve it.

Payment

No payment until you approve a written quote. Payment terms are stated in the quote.

Cancellation

Monthly plans: cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.

30-day money-back guarantee

Try it risk-free. Monthly services: if you're not happy in your first 30 days, we refund your first month and setup fee. Websites: if you don't approve the design, you get a full refund before launch.

No guarantee of results

We do our work carefully, but we don't guarantee specific outcomes such as leads, sales, approvals or agency decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question during the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
